If drivers in the Midwest let their tires get this bad in the middle of winter, I shudder to think what Californian drivers let slide until the first rain in six weeks gives them a literal crash-course in kinetic friction.

You can have some of ours. We’ve been under a flood watch for 3 days and the ground hasn’t been anything but soaked for a month.
